Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products:

• Opened or used products are not eligible for return
• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

Conditions for Return

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Unboxing video or clear photos are mandatory for verification

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Replacement

• If eligible, we will provide a replacement product instead of a refund
• Replacement shipping will be borne by Vanasiri Essentials

• Free promotional items
